Exchange eligibility

Exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. The item should be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

Allowed exchange reasons

Eligible exchange reasons may include size issue, color issue, defective item or damaged product received.

Condition check

Products are inspected before an exchange is approved. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery or missing packaging may not qualify.
